【Abstract】 With the development of market economy and the economic globalization deepen ceaselessly,the international economic environment is becoming more and more complex.It is often seen the fraud event in the international trade,which not only breaks the international economic order but resulted in greater economic losses to enterprises and has have a serious impact on the stability of the international community.This article discussed the fraud in the international trade and put forward some suggestions to prevent and punish those events.更多还原
