复合菌剂预处理对秸秆厌氧发酵的影响

【摘要】 目的对批式中温厌氧发酵进行秸秆处理研究。方法采用复合菌剂预处理玉米秆、小麦秆和稻草。结果经过复合菌剂预处理后,3种秸秆的碳氮比从原来的52∶1,80∶1,58∶1下降到44∶1,48∶1和43∶1;玉米秆、小麦秆和稻草27天的累计产气量分别提高12.33%,16.08%和15.78%,累计产甲烷量分别提高23.4%,38.9%,23.9%。平均甲烷含量分别提高9.22%,12.68%和9.11%,每克干物质产甲烷量分别提高了22.11%,37.42%和24.28%,挥发性固体去除率分别提高20.51%,20.76%和21.86%。结论复合菌剂预处理可以提高秸秆的产气速率和产甲烷量。

【Abstract】 Aim The straws were pretreated through the mesophilic biogas fermentation process.Methods The corn,wheat and rice straw were pretreated by complex microbial agent.Results The results showed that straws with pretreatment can adjust the ratio of carbon and nitrogen of raw materials from 52∶1,80∶1,58∶1 to 44∶1,48∶1 and 43∶1.It showed the gas production of the three pretreated straws could be increased by 12.33%,12.33%,16.08% and 15.78%.The total methane yield increased by 23.4%,38.9% and 23.9%,the average methane content could be increased by 9.22%,12.68%,9.11%,TS methane production were increased by 22.11%,37.42%,24.28%.Volatile Solid(VS) removal rate increased by 20.51%,20.76%,and 21.86%.Conclusion The microbial agent pretreatment could increase biogas-producing efficiency and methane yield.
