【Abstract】 Talent training occupies a prominent position in higher educational institutions,therefore,at present,it has become a major task for colleges and universities to perfect the talent cultivation quality standard system,to optimize the talent cultivation structure and to bring forth new ideas into the talent cultivation mode.Based on the actual working practice,in School of Economics and Management under Northwest University of Politics & Law,the managerial talent cultivation mode is proposed,namely,the integration of demand orientation,characteristic of law and business and core competence.更多还原
