【摘要】 为了分析资源整合方式的调节作用,本文采用问卷调查获得的数据运用实证方法对创业导向与产品创新的关系进行了研究。结果发现:资源的开拓式整合加强了创业导向与产品创新绩效的关系,而丰富式整合倒U型调节这一关系,巩固式整合会阻碍创业导向实现产品创新。研究解释了以往关于创业导向与产品创新关系不一致的研究结论,从而丰富了创业导向的研究结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to analyze the regulating effects of resource integration patterns,a positive research method is adopted in this research to defect: resource exploitation patterns can strengthen the relationship between entrepreneurial guidance and product innovation performances while resource integration enriching patterns will have an inverse U-shape regulation effect on this relationship;And resource integration enriching patterns will have an inverse U-shape regulation effect on this relationship;And resource integration consolidating patterns will prevent entrepreneurial guidance from realizing product innovation.This research can account for the past inconsistent conclusions of researches on the relationship between entrepreneurial guidance and product innovation.更多还原
