【摘要】 从可持续发展的角度对城市发展能力进行研究,即对城市可持续发展能力进行探讨.在对现有研究成果进行回顾的基础上,构建城市可持续发展能力评价模型,建立城市可持续发展能力评价指标体系,从城市经济可持续发展能力、社会可持续发展能力、环境可持续发展能力三个方面建立一级指标,又进一步细化为8个二级指标和28个三级指标.采用主成分分析法对重庆市2000-2009年城市可持续发展能力定量测度,并对结果进行分析.通过以重庆市为例的分析,可以得出需要从经济、社会、环境三个方面制定具体的措施,拿出具体的行动,才能真正增强城市的可持续发展能力.本研究对制定政策以提高城市可持续发展能力具有一定的借鉴意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies the urban development powers from the perspective of sustainable development.It discusses urban sustainable development powers.Based on the review of existing research results,the paper builds up an urban sustainable development powers evaluation model as well as an urban sustainable development powers evaluation index system.From three aspects,of urban economic sustainable development powers,social sustainable development powers and environmental sustainable development powers,the paper builds up the first-order indexes and further specified 8 second-order indexes and 28 third-order indexes.Using principal component analysis method,the paper measures the sustainable urban development powers of Chongqing from 2000 to 2009 and analyses the results.Through the analysis of Chongqing,it is concluded that it needs from society,economy,and environment to formulate specific measures and take out specific action.Only in this way,can it really strengthen urban sustainable development powers.The research has certain significance for the development of policies to improve urban sustainable development powers.更多还原
