溃坝洪水经济损失评估研究进展

【摘要】 介绍了目前洪水损失评估常用综合性软件以及学团体研究开发专业模型;阐了溃坝洪水经济损失评估研究热点,如域洪灾损失与实时评估问题、动态评估模型等;讨论了支持向量、模糊理论、人工智能、灰色理论等在洪水经济损失评估中应用;分析了当前溃坝经济损失评估法缺陷与未来发展势.

【Abstract】 Some present well known integrated industrial software and specific models developed by academic communities were introduced in the field of flood damage assessment.Several hot topics of recent time,such as real-time regional flood damage assessment and dynamic assessment model,were also described.Discussions were made on the application of supportive vector machine,fuzzy theory,artificial intelligence and grey system theory.Finally,the shortages and future development directions of economic flood damage assessment were analyzed.
