中国水蛇同工酶生化遗传特征的性别间比较

【摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶不连续垂直平板电泳技术对中国水蛇雌雄两性个体肌肉的苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、苹果酸酶(ME)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、酯酶(EST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、醇脱氢酶(ADH)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH)和谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)等9种同工酶进行生化遗传分析,共记录了31个基因座位、58个等位基因,其中有16个基因座位(Mdh-1、Mdh-2、Mdh-3、Me-1、Me-2、G6pdh-3、Est-1、Est-2、Est-3、Est-4、Sod-1、Sod-2、Sod-3、Sod-4、Pod-1和Pod-2)为多态,多态座位比例(P)为51.6%.雌雄两性的ADH和LDH两种同工酶的酶带表达不存在差异;其他7种酶均存在不同程度的差异.雌性个体间有3种酶(ADH、LDH和SOD)、雄性个体间有6种酶(ME、ADH、GDH、LDH、SOD和POD)在表达上基本无差异。

【Abstract】 By using isozyme electrophoresis on vertical gradient gel of polyacrylamide,nine isozymes [Malate Dehydrogenase(MDH),Malic Enzyme(ME),Superoxide Dismutase(SOD),Peroxidase(POD),Esterase(EST),Lactate Dehydrogenase(LDH),Alcohol Dehydrogenase(ADH),Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase(G6PDH),and Glutamate Dehydrogenase(GDH)] of different individuals of male and female Enhydris chinensis had been analyzed.These isozymes were encoded by 31 allozyme loci and 58 alleles,16 loci of which were polymorphic: Mdh-1,Mdh-2,Mdh-3,Me-1,Me-2,G6pdh-3,Est-1,Est-2,Est-3,Est-4,Sod-1,Sod-2,Sod-3,Sod-4,Pod-1 and Pod-2.The percentage of polymerphic loci was 51.6%.The results showed that there are no differences in the expressions of ADH and LDH between the male and female Enhydris chinensis with the other seven isoenzymes having differences to different degrees while there are no differences in the expression of ADH,LDH and SOD among the female Enhydris chinensis and no differences in the expression of ME,ADH,GDH,LDH,SOD and POD among the male Enhydris chinensis.
