【Abstract】 To overcome the inadequacies of the test-oriented writing,New Concept Composition was proposed.It advocates New Thinking,New Expression and Real Experience,aims at cultivating the students’ right writing attitudes,writing interests,good reading habits and innovative thinking in writing,and emphasizes on the students’ unique personalities in the teaching.Promotion of the teaching of the New Concept Composition could help to drive the reform in editing Chinese teaching materials and advance the development of writing teaching.更多还原
