碳酸氢钠含漱联合氟康唑口服治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者雾化吸入布地奈德出现口腔真菌感染
Sodium bicarbonate mouthwash combined with fluconazole capsule to prevent oral fungal infection in COPD patients received nebulized budesonide therapy
【摘要】 目的:探讨2%碳酸氢钠(NaHCO3)含漱联合口服氟康唑对雾化吸入布地奈德治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者出现口腔真菌感染的疗效分析。方法:将60例在雾化吸入布地奈德治疗过程中出现口腔真菌感染的COPD急性加重期患者随机分成对照组和实验组各30例,对照组常规口服氟康唑,实验组在此基础上加用2%NaHCO3含漱。对两组患者的抗真菌治疗进行疗效观察及监测口腔pH值。结果:实验组患者治疗的有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组患者口腔pH值亦显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:2%NaHCO3含漱联合口服氟康唑治疗COPD患者雾化吸入布地奈德治疗合并口腔真菌感染的疗效优于单纯口服氟康唑,值得推广应用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of 2% sodium bicarbonate(NaHCO3) mouthwash combined with fluconazole capsule on prevention of oral fungal infection in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients who received nebulized budesonide therapy.Methods: A total of 60 COPD patients with oral fungal infection who were received nebulized budesonide therapy were randomly divided into 2 groups: a control group and an experimental control group.For the control group,patients were given fluconazole capsule while for the experimental group,patients were treated with 2% NaHCO3 mouthwash combined with fluconazole capsule.The clinical efficiency and pH value in patients’ oral cavity of the 2 groups were observed.Results: The clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).pH value in oral cavity in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: It is effective to treat oral fungal infection in COPD patients received nebulized budesonide therapy with 2% NaHCO3 mouthwash combined with fluconazole capsule and it should be recommended.
