几种蔬菜主要矿质元素的主成分分析
Mineral elements compositon analytysis of several common vegetables
【摘要】 运用主成分分析法,结合SPSS统计软件,对日常9种蔬菜的矿质元素进行定量定性综合评价。在综合评价中,由第1,第2和第3主成分的累计方差的贡献率达到了85.851%。主成分分析揭示了不同蔬菜矿质元素的相似性和差异性。
【Abstract】 The mineral elements of 9 common vegetables was analyzed and then evaluated by SPSS statistics software.The cumulative variance contribution of the first three major compositions is 85.851% of all.The results showed the similarity and difference of defferent vegetables.
