【摘要】 师资队伍建设是高职院校内涵建设之一,机电工程系积极鼓励机电一体化专业教师承担各层次的教学和科研项目以培养专业教师的研究能力;通过不定期的下厂调研和挂职锻炼以增强教师的实践能力;安排经验丰富的老教师与年轻教师结成师徒对子,在传、帮、带中提高年轻教师的教学能力;在为企业的科技服务中提升教师的产学研能力;在省级机械创新大赛中激发教师指导学生的创新能力等五个方面进行师资队伍建设的探索研究,并取得显著成效。更多还原
