【摘要】 高职教育的使命之一就是服务地方经济社会发展。文章分析总结了长沙高职教育在服务地方经济社会发展中存在的一些问题,并以长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院为例,进行了个案研究。从政府层面的角度,提出加快建立高教资源集聚区,构建服务型高等教育体系,深化产学研合作体制机制改革,建立健全利益诱导机制,尽快启动"基地、服务和园区"三大项目等政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 One of the missions that higher vocational education fulfills is to serve the community for its social and economic development.This paper,therefore,after doing a case study,tries to find out the problems in higher vocational education of Changsha city.It gives the local government the following suggestions on reforming the system and mechanism of higher vocational education: agglomeration of higher education be formed,service-oriented system of higher education be built,reform of industry-school-research cooperation system and mechanism be deepened,incentive mechanism be improved,and the plan be carried out for the construction of key independent innovation bases,the mechanism of serving enterprises by young teachers,and Changsha College-sponsored Science and Technology Park.更多还原
