变速集成发电机的变细分模糊PID调速控制
Speed Governing of VSIG Based on Fuzzy PID Combined with Vary Subdivision
【摘要】 为了提高变速集成发电机组(VSIG)的调速控制性能,以两相混合式步进电动机为油门调节执行器,研制了一种VSIG的调速监控器。通过分析VSIG宽运行范围内的调速控制要求,结合模糊参数自校正PID以及步进电动机细分控制的特点,提出了一种变细分模糊PID调速控制策略。利用模糊参数自校正PID控制适应性强、动态过程好以及步进电动机细分控制振荡小、控制精度高的优点,改善VSIG在宽运行范围内的动静态调速性能。最后通过实验验证了所设计的VSIG调速控制器及调速控制策略的有效性。该调速控制系统具有综合监控调速功能,在有效利用模糊PID控制率同时,改善了小误差时的调速性能。
【Abstract】 In order to improve speed regulating performance of variable speed integrated generator(VSIG),a set of VSIG speed controller was developed,and a two-phase hybrid stepping motor was in used as the throttle regulating actuator.Analyzing the speed control requirements of VSIG in wide operating range,and combining with the control features of fuzzy self-tuning PID & stepping motor,a control strategy of vary subdivision with fuzzy self-tuning PID was presented.The speed regulating accuracy of VSIG was improved,because of the strong adaptability and good dynamic performance of fuzzy self-tuning PID,and was also benefited from the small oscillation and high accuracy of stepping motor control.The experimental results show that the speed regulating system and the speed control strategy are effective and reliable.The speed regulating system has comprehensive function of speed governing and operating monitoring which can be used to improve the dynamic and static speed control performance of VSIG.
