复杂交流多电机系统的研究
Study of Complex AC Multi-Motor Synchronous System
【摘要】 针对多变量非线性耦合的多电机同步系统,建立了按转子磁场定向的物理模型,设计了基于自抗扰控制器的多电机同步系统。利用扩张状态观测器对外界的扰动进行观测和补偿,将多电机系统进行确定化和近似线性化处理。基于PLC构建的多电机实验平台,进行了抗扰、解耦特性测试实验。结果表明,采用自抗扰控制方法可以实现系统中速度和张力的解耦控制,系统具有良好的动静态性能和鲁棒性能。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the multi-variable of synchronization system of the AC induction motors,physical model of the system was established.And multi motor system was designed based on ADRC.Using extended state observer to estimate and compensate the total disturbance of system,and approximate linear and determined treatment was done to the multi-motor system.The experiments of decoupling property,tracking performance were completed on the platform constructed combined with SIMATIC S7-300 PLC.The results of experiment indicates that the control system realizes the better decoupling control of speed and tension,has better performances of dynamic and static characteristics.
