永磁同步电动机伺服系统电流环优化设计
Optimizing Design of Current Loop for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Servo System
【摘要】 介绍了永磁同步电动机矢量控制原理和伺服系统的硬件结构。为构成高性能的伺服系统,设计了电流环调节器的形式并选择了合适的参数。针对电机电枢反电势使电机在高速时出现电流环性能变差的问题,在PWM调制器中采用过调制技术,使实际电流能准确快速跟踪给定电流。实验和仿真结果表明,所设计的电流环性能较好,并且经过补偿后的系统是稳定的。所采取的过调制技术能有效地抑制反电势的影响,提高和改善电流环的性能,为实现高性能永磁同步伺服系统奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The control principle of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the hardware structure of its servo system were presented.The current control loop form and the suitable parameters were discussed to optimize the current loop of permanent magnet synchronous servo system.The over-modulation in PWM modulation was introduced to improve the performance of current control loop,especially when the speed of motor was high.The experiment and simulation results showed that the reference current was followed exactly and fast by the feedback current.The EMF was restrained by the modulation and the performance of the current loop was improved,which provided a basis for high performance permanent magnet synchronous servo system.
