【摘要】 目的:评价2009年我国省级疾病预防控制中心实验室检验能力状况并检验实验室检验能力考核指标的科学性、合理性和可操作性。方法:采集2009年省级疾病预防控制中心实验室检验能力数据,从实验室A类检验项目开展情况、实验室安全管理和实验室质控3个方面来评价实验室检验能力状况。结果:2009年我国省级疾控中心实验室A类检验项目开展率平均为84.3%,达标省份比例为62.5%;实验室安全管理工作全部省份达标;实验室质控覆盖率平均为85.6%,达标省份比例为84.4%。结论:实验室A类检验项目开展和管理工作总体较好,但部分省份实验室质量控制工作仍需加强;实验室检验能力部分的考核指标是科学、合理和可操作的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the laboratory testing ability of the Chinese provincial Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDCs) in 2009.Methods: Data related to the laboratory testing ability of provincial CDCs in 2009 was collected and evaluated from 3 dimensions including the conducting rate of Class A laboratory testing projects,laboratory safety management and the coverage rate of laboratory quality control.Results: In 2009,the average conducting rate of Class A laboratory testing projects of provincial CDCs was 84.3%,and 62.5% provinces met the standard;all the provincial CDCs reached the standard in laboratory safety management;the average coverage rate of laboratory quality control was 85.6%,and 84.4% provinces met the standard.Conclusion: The general conducting and management state of Class A laboratory testing projects was good,but the laboratory quality control in some provincial CDCs still needed to be improved.The performance evaluation indicators related to the laboratory testing ability were scientific,rational and operational.更多还原
