【摘要】 目的:评价2009年省级疾病预防控制中心信息管理能力状况,并通过绩效考核实践检验该部分指标的科学性、合理性和可操作性。方法:采集2009年省级疾病预防控制中心信息网络建设、信息收集、信息分析利用等方面数据,从网络建设评价指数、信息利用率等指标入手,与绩效考核标准进行比较后判断其达标情况。结果:2009年我国省级疾控中心全国信息网络建设指数平均达到了0.805,信息报告评价指数平均水平为0.965,信息检索评价指数平均水平为0.854,数据分析评价指数平均水平为0.917,发病趋势预测评价指数平均水平为0.853,平均信息利用率为97.6%。结论:省级疾控中心信息利用状况较好,但是在信息网络建设、信息收集和分析方面存在各省开展不均衡的状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To figure out the information management ability of provincial Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDCs) in 2009.Methods: Data on information network construction,collection and utilization of provincial CDCs in 2009 was collected.Network construction and information utility were analyzed for performance assessment.Results: In 2009,the mean index of network construction of provincial CDCs was 0.805;as to data reporting,information retrieval,data analysis and the incidence trend forecasting,the average indexes were 0.965,0.854,0.917 and 0.853,respectively.The average rate of information utilization was 97.6%.Conclusion: The provincial CDCs did well in information utilization,but unevenness still existed among 32 provinces in information network construction,collection and analysis.更多还原
