【摘要】 目的:明确2009年我国省级疾病预防控制中心绩效的基本状况,从机构绩效考核层面验证理论研究的科学性、合理性、逻辑性以及可操作性。方法:调查全国32个省级疾病预防控制中心的77个绩效指标,从总体绩效、类别和维度3方面来评价其绩效和职能落实情况。结果:2009年我国省级疾病预防控制中心总体绩效得分89.1分,绩效完成度82.1%;其中实验室检验和健康教育类别完成度较高,分别为94.5%和94.4%,而健康危害因素监测、技术指导与应用研究类别完成度较低,分别为78.9%和78.7%。结论:2009年我国省级疾病预防控制中心绩效总体情况较好,但各类别开展状况参差不齐,慢病防制、健康危害因素监测、应用研究能力亟待加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the overall performance of the provincial centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDCs) across the country in 2009.Methods: Seventy-seven performance evaluation indicators of 32 provincial CDCs across the country were surveyed.Results: In 2009,the performance score of 32 provincial CDCs was 89.1 and the completion degree was 82.1% in average.Among all categories,the completion degrees of laboratory testing,health education and promotion were 94.5% and 94.4%,higher than that of health hazard factors monitoring and intervention,technical guidance and application research,78.9% and 78.7%,respectively.Conclusion: The overall performance of 32 provincial CDCs in 2009 was good,but the conditions for different items were uneven and some functions such as disease control and prevention of chronic disease,health hazard factors monitoring and intervention,and technical capacity for research application should be strengthened immediately.更多还原
