【摘要】 《我国疾病预防控制绩效考核的研究与实践》课题概述包括立题背景、定位与目标、研究内容、研究方法、资料来源与收集方法等。本研究自2006年7月启动以来历时五年多,从服务于全面建设和谐社会的要求出发,运用卫生系统宏观模型、模糊综合评价法、业务流程管理理念、规范差距分析、定性定量多重论证等方法,旨在构建适合于我国国情的疾病预防控制绩效考核指标体系和综合评价模型,明确绩效考核实施的全流程、设计与开发绩效考核信息平台,最后通过在省级疾病预防控制体系中的推广应用来检验上述研究结果的科学性、合理性和可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced some aspects of the project such as the background,aim,content method,materials source and collection method.Since the initiation in July of 2006,the project has lasted for more than 5 years and it served the demand of constructing a harmonious society.The researchers employed methods like the Macro-Model of Health System,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the concept of business process management,gap analysis,qualitative and quantitative multiple demonstration to build a performance evaluation indicator system and the comprehensive evaluation model of disease control and prevention system in China.The researchers also aimed to clarify the whole performance evaluation process,and the design and development of the performance evaluation information platform.In the end,the scientificity,rationality and operationality of the results were proved according to the application in provincial centers for disease control and prevention.更多还原
