【Abstract】 An Actinomycete strain 08A4 was isolated from deep-sea sediment collected from the South China Sea.Combined with morphological method and 16S rDNA sequence analyses it was initially identified as Streptomyces albidoflavus.Three antifungal activity compounds were isolated and purified from its fermentation broth and preliminarily identified as antimycins by means of 1H-NMR,which could inhibit many plant pathogens.更多还原
