【Abstract】 Blood security has become one of the main issues of medical safety.How to conduct the investigation and work out the solution of illegal blood collecting cases has become a hard problem of hygiene administrative penalty.The authors tried to find a way to legitimately solve illegal blood collecting cases by analyzing a typical case of illegal collecting of hematopoietic stem cell of umbilical cord blood.The aim is to crack down on illegal blood collecting and supplying according to law,and to regulate blood collecting and supplying in medical institution,ensure blood security,safeguard the physical health and safety of people.更多还原
