量化在基层卫生监督稽查中的应用初探

【摘要】 为发挥稽查工作对卫生监督监管成效的评价和激励作用,杭州市萧山区卫生监督所尝试将稽查结果进行量化,用客观指标评价稽查对象的监管效能。作者对这种稽查方式的具体做法、主要特点和在实施过程中总结的经验以及存在的问题进行了总结和分析,初步阐述了稽查结果量化在卫生监督监管工作中的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To bring into full play of the role of health inspection in evaluation and incentive effect on health supervision and regulation,the Xiaoshan Health Inspection made great efforts to quantify the inspection results,and evaluate the management potency of audit candidates with objective indicators.The authors summarized and analyzed the methods,main characteristics,specific experience and existing problems in the implementation process,and drew a preliminary comments on the effects of quantifying the inspection results in health inspection.更多还原
