从医疗纠纷信访处理角度看医疗安全监督

【摘要】 目的从医疗纠纷信访的角度入手,探讨医疗安全监督中存在的不足。方法对上海市某区卫生局卫生监督所2006年至2011年受理的83起医疗纠纷信访案件分析。结果83起医疗纠纷信访的主要原因是诊疗效果问题有58起(69.88%),医疗安全监督检查后对当事医疗机构发出责令改正通知书10份、卫生监督意见书11份、记不良积分2次。结论医疗质量医疗安全是医疗纠纷信访的主要原因,目前监督缺乏力度,建议加强监督员的在岗培训,健全医疗监管相关的法律法规,加强监督信息公示,加强医疗安全预警。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigating the insufficient in medical safety supervision in perspective of medical dispute and petition.Methods Analyzing 83 medical disputes accepted by an institute of health inspection health bureau,Shanghai from 2006 to 2011.Results Most of the medical disputes due to the controversy of clinical results(about 69.88%).The institute then issued ten rectification notices and ten health supervision submissions and remembered the bad points 2 times.Conclusion Medical quality and medical safety are the main reasons for medical malpractice petition,which is lack of supervision intensity currently.It is important to intensify in-service-supervisor training,and improve laws and regulations relating to medical supervision,strengthen supervision and information publicity,reinforce the healthcare safety warning.更多还原
