【摘要】 目的通过公众对于卫生监督机构公共信息服务的关注、评价、需求和期望的调查研究,为完善公共信息服务提出相关建议。方法运用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法选取调查样本所在居委会,采用拦截访问的方式对样本居委会的居民进行问卷调查。结果调查居民1040人,收回有效问卷1028份;电视、报刊、新闻网站等媒体是受访居民获取卫生监督信息的主要渠道;公共场所、生活饮用水和学校卫生状况最受受访者关注;受访居民年龄越大,对于卫生监督信息的关注度越高,但对公共信息服务总体评价较低,评分均值为2.6分(满分4分);受访者是否知晓政务外网以及对信息服务公开透明、全面性、准确性和及时性的评价是影响信息服务满意度的重要因素。结论卫生监督公共信息受到公众普遍关注,但公众对信息服务的认可程度不高;卫生监督机构应通过提高信息质量、加强信息宣传、构建信息平台、完善信息服务来进一步提升公共信息服务的能力和水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to improve public information services provided by health supervision institutes, the paper studied the public’s concerns, evaluation, needs and expectations for public information services. Methods A survey among the public was conducted on the basis of multistage stratified random sampling for selecting the communities where the residents were interviewed by convenience sampling. Results 1040 residents in Shanghai were interviewed and 1028 qualified questionnaires were received. Respondents mainly obtain health supervision information through television, newspaper, news website and other public medias. The surveyed are most concerned about the hygiene situation of public places, drinking water and schools. The elder the interviewees are, the mare attention they pay to the information. The degree of public satisfaction about the health supervision information services is relatively low, and the mean score is 2.6 points (out of 4 points). The awareness of the official website of health supervision, concerning for the public health supervision information and the evaluation of the transparency, comprehensiveness, accuracy and timeliness about information service are the important influential factors of overall satisfaction evaluation. Conclusion Health information provided by health supervision institute is widely concerned by the public, while the public evaluation of the current information services is unsatisfied. To further upgrade the information service level, improving information quality, strengthening information publication, building information platforms and improving information services are put forward as proposals for health supervision institutes.更多还原
