【Abstract】 "Tort Liability Act" requires that the doctor is under anobligation to report.It is a confliction between Chinese report duty and the protection of traditional Chinese medicine prescription.That confliction would bring the infraction of droit and the impact on the TCM profession.The liability should be determined occording to the particularity of Chinese medicine treatment.And,it is time for consummating the Law of Traditional Chinese Medicine.更多还原
