电站设备抗地震的再思考

【摘要】 在2012年4月的核工业展览会上,国内各核公司介绍,核电站设备的抗地震烈度为0.3g.这要明确是指地面设防的地震烈度,还是设备运转层处的响应加速度?水平振动随着标高的增加而放大.将汽轮机运转层的响应加速度除以地面测量到的地震加速度,称为放大倍率.对固定基础,即使是岩石基础I类场地,从地面到20m标高的框架式结构,放大倍率约为3.0左右,汽轮机厂房以及核岛的标高达到40m左右,放大倍率可能还要翻番.核岛高层布置的设备如管道阀门等连接点处的响应加速度可能达到2.0g以上.基础设计者必须与设备设计者一起讨论基础设计对设备抗地震能力的保护.如果核电站设备的抗地震烈度为0.3g,则地面的设防烈度仅为0.1g甚至0.05g以下;如果地面的设防烈度为0.3g,则核电站设备的抗地震烈度必须提高到1.0g甚至2.0g以上.这一点必须引起我们对核电站抗地震的再思考.

【Abstract】 At the nuclear industry exhibition in April 2012,all domestic nuclear companies said that equipments at the nuclear power plants were designed with the seismic protection of 0.3g.A question will be asked that the 0.3g is of the exciting acceleration on the ground or the response one at the operation level of the equipments? The horizontal vibration will be amplified with the increased level.The ratio of the response acceleration at the operation level to the exciting one on the ground is named amplification factor.For the conventional foundation,it will approach to 3.0 at the level 0f 20 m even if the site is of rock foundation class I and will be doubled at the top level of 40 m for the turbine building or the nuclear island.The acceleration for the equipments at the top level of the nuclear island,such as valves,may approach higher than 2.0g,so that the civil engineers should discuss with the machine engineers about how to protect the machine from damage due to seismic acceleration with the foundation design.If conventional foundation is used,the equipments should be designed with the seismic protection of 1.0g,even higher than 2.0g,which should be make us re-thinking of the seismic protection for equipments at the nuclear power plants.
