【摘要】 目的探讨经阴道与腹腔镜下子宫后壁肌瘤剔除术的疗效。方法回顾分析2005年4月至2011年12月58例经阴道子宫后壁肌瘤剔除术(阴道组)和55例腹腔镜下子宫后壁肌瘤剔除术(腹腔镜组)的临床资料,对2组进行对比分析。结果经阴道组手术时间显著短于腹腔镜组(P<0.05),术中出血量显著少于腹腔镜组(P<0.05),术后肛门排气时间显著少于腹腔镜组(P<0.05),术后住院时间显著少于腹腔镜组(P<0.05),住院费用显著低于腹腔镜组(P<0.05)。结论选择一种最适合患者的术式是保证手术成功的关键。经阴道手术可作为治疗子宫后壁肌瘤的首选术式,是值得临床推广的微创手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy of transvaginal myomectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy for posterior myomas.Methods The clinical data of 58 cases of transvaginal myomectomy(transvaginal group) and 55 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy(laparoscop ic group) for posterior myomas.were retrospectively analyzed in this study in Gynecology of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Tangshan City from April.2005 to December.2011.were compared between the two groups.Results Transvaginal group showed significantly shorter operation time(P<0.05),less blood loss(P<0.05),less ass exhaust loss(P<0.05),Transvaginal group showed significantly shorter in the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and length of hospital stay(P<0.05).and less hospital cost(P<0.05).Conclusions We conclude that choosing a kind of suitable type that is the most suitable to match a sufferer promises a surgical operation successful key.Transvaginal myomectomy be that the head that cures posterior myomas choose the first type,is worth clinical expansion of tiny create surgical operation.更多还原
