短乳杆菌产γ-氨基丁酸发酵条件的优化
Optimization of Fermentation Conditions for Producing γ-Aminobutyric Acid(GABA) by Lactobacillus brevis A8
【摘要】 以短乳杆菌(Lactobacillus brevis)A8为供试菌株,通过单因素和正交实验研究了γ-氨基丁酸合成的最佳工艺条件.结果表明pH对实验效果影响最大,其次分别为温度、低聚异麦芽糖用量和接种量,最佳合成条件依次为pH 4.5,温度33℃,低聚异麦芽糖用量7 g/L,接种量20%.在最优条件下,γ-氨基丁酸产量最高可达19.2 g/L.
【Abstract】 The fermentation conditions of Lactobacillus brevis were optimized for the production of γ-aminobutyric acid by single factor experiment and orthogonal design method.The results showed that the main factor affecting the producing γ-aminobutyric acid was cultivating pH and others in turn were temperature,isomaltooligosaccharide dosage,inoculation quantity among the orthogonal conditions.The optimum conditions were as follows:cultivating pH was 4.5,cultivating temperature was 33℃,isomaltooligosaccharide concentration was 7 g/L,inoculation concentration was 20%.Under optimal condition,γ-aminobutyric acid production reached 19.2 g/L.
