【摘要】 目的:探讨胃上部癌的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院2001年3月～2011年9月收治的92例胃上部癌的临床资料。结果:本组92例均接受手术、吻合口瘘2例(1例死亡,1例痊愈)。结论:根治性手术是胃上部癌治疗的主要方法,选择恰当的术式及规范的操作是手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the characteristics of upper gastric cancer and approaches to its treatment.Methods: The clinical data were reviewed in 92 upper gastric cancer patients,admitted to our department between Mar.2001 and Sept.2011.Results: The total 92 patients underwent surgical treatment of the upper gastric cancers.One case was complicated with post-operative hemothorax,and leakage of anastomotic stoma occurred in 2(one death and recovery in another).Conclusion: Radical surgery is the important strategy to treatment of upper gastric cancer,and options of appropriate surgical method with standard operation may lead to successful outcomes.更多还原
