【摘要】 楼宇经济日益成为城市经济的重要组成部分甚至主体部分,楼宇碳排放已经成为城市碳排放的关键排放源,减少楼宇碳排放,促进楼宇经济的低碳发展已经成为创建低碳城市,发展低碳经济的重要课题。杭州市下城区作为浙江省首个城区型国家可持续发展实验区,低碳楼宇(商务楼宇)建设作为实验区建设的一个重要内容,已被列入《下城区"十二五"低碳城区发展规划》。本文在剖析低碳楼宇建设的重要意义的基础上,阐述了杭州下城区在创建低碳楼宇的主要制约因素以及所采取的对策建议,以期对其他城市建设低碳楼宇提供一定的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Building economy is increasingly becoming an important part of the urban economy.Building carbon emissions has become the key city carbon emission source,reducing building carbon emissions,and promoting the low-carbon building economic development has become an important topic of low carbon city creating,and the development of low carbon economy.XiaCheng District in HangZhou is the first city type China National Sustainable Communities in zhejiang province.As an important content,low carbon business building development has been listed in "the XiaCheng District’s Twelfth Five-year low carbon city development plan".The paper present the main constraints,countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide certain reference for the low carbon business building development in other cities or districts.更多还原
