【摘要】 文化软实力是城市软实力的重要构成和基础,文化发展对城市软实力建设而言关系重大。文化发展带来文化产品的繁荣,包括公共文化产品和私人文化产品的繁荣,文化发展需要依靠文化公共事业和文化产业共同驱动。文化发展对城市软实力具有资源完善、效果转化以及奠定基础的效应。实践和理论经验显示,通过以公共文化事业构建城市整体文化圈、以文化产业园区融合主题城区发展、以精品工程结合文化旅游发展、以文化领军创意人才聚集引领城市文化方向等文化发展路径可以有效地实现城市软实力的提升。更多还原
