半导体薄膜研究性实验教学的探索与实践
Research and practice on semiconductor thin films experiment
【摘要】 研究性实验教学是创新教育的重要内容.以ZnO薄膜为例,详细介绍了开展半导体物理研究性实验教学的实施方法,分析和探讨了开展研究性实验对于培养学生的创造性思维能力、科学研究能力和团队协作能力的作用.
【Abstract】 Investigative experimental teaching plays an important role in innovative education in universities.Taking the ZnO film experiment as an example,the teaching methods for semiconductor physics experiment were introduced.The effect on the creative thinking ability,research ability and coordination skills of students was analyzed and discussed.
