【摘要】 对现代物流从业人员心理特征进行调研,根据调研结果分析了现代物流从业人员的主要心理特征,同时根据从业人员的种类不同,对管理类、销售类和技术支持类人员的心理特征进行了细化的分析。进而根据从业人员整体心理特征和不同类别人员的心理特征分别提出了激励对策,激励重点是细化每类人员的心理特征,根据心理需求不同进行人力资源激励。更多还原
