【摘要】 为了在有限的空间内实现化工物流园区专用线运输能力的最大化与安全化,以专用线及其附属设备设施有关的各类法律法规及规范标准为依据,提出了化工物流园区分区布局的集中式、分散式和混合式三种模式,并以集中式布局为例分析研究,提出了其运输组织优化方法,最后,综合研究了与化工物流园区铁路危险货物运输相关的存储设备、装卸设备、线路设施、机车车辆设备等能力的设计方法,然后基于层次分析法对各能力间的协调性进行了模糊综合评价,对于评价中不协调的设备设施予以改进,致力于实现化工物流园区专用线运输的真正集约化。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,we proposed the centralized,distributed and hybrid modes in the layout planning of chemical logistics parks and with the centralized mode as the object proposed the method for the optimal transportation organization.At the end,we analyzed comprehensively the design of the capacities of the warehousing facilities,loading/unloading equipment,lines and vehicles,etc.related to the transport of hazardous materials in the parks,carried out a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the coordination of the various capacities using AHP,and improved the equipment and facilities found uncoordinated in the evaluation.更多还原
