【摘要】 从航运服务产生、航运服务的界定入手,对航运服务的相关概念予以阐述,在对宁波航运服务体系构建必要性分析的基础上,通过优势与劣势两方面考察体系构建的基础条件,设立了"三核心、四服务、五结合"的体系框架,构建出以货运服务为基础、岸基服务为依托、离岸服务为拓展、支撑服务为补充的宁波航运服务体系,并提出相应的培育措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting by introducing the definition and generation of the shipping service and explaining the related concepts,the paper analyzes the necessity for the establishment of the Ningbo shipping service system,identifies,after examining the basic conditions favorable and adverse for such system,its framework consisting of three cores,four types of services and five combinations and proposes the Ningbo shipping service system based on freight services,relying on shore-line services,extended with off-shore services and supplemented with supporting services as well as measures for its strengthening.更多还原
