【摘要】 通过发放调查问卷的方式查找物流企业发生内部冲突的原因,并提出对策建议,以促进企业的健康发展。

【Abstract】 Through questionnaire survey,the paper identifies the causes for the internal conflicts of logistics enterprises and proposes the countermeasures for their settlement.
