【Abstract】 The paper investigates the supportive effect of development-oriented finance upon circular economy in connection with the case of Milou and after analyzing in-depth the financial mode and principle adopted there,elaborates the working mechanism of development-oriented finance.At the end,it concludes that the development of circular economy in China must rely on the function of the local governments and proceed under the guidance of the market;meanwhile a specialized credit support mode must also be established.更多还原
