【摘要】 目的:探讨胃癌组织中类泛素特异性蛋白酶1(sentrin-specific protease 1,SENP1)的表达与临床病理的关系,以及与P53表达间的相互关系。方法:采用免疫组化染色EnVision方法,以SENP1抗体和P53抗体检测胃癌及胃良性病变(胃炎、胃溃疡)中SENP1和P53蛋白的表达,对表达结果进行相关分析。结果:SENP1蛋白在胃癌组中的阳性率为75.0%(75/100),胃良性病变组中的阳性率为36.0%(18/50);两组具有统计学差异(P<0.001);SENP1的表达与胃癌的肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和临床TNM分期有关。P53蛋白在胃癌组中的阳性率为69.0%(69/100);胃良性病变组中的阳性率为22.0%(11/50);两组具有统计学差异(P<0.001);P53表达与病人年龄、胃癌淋巴结转移和临床TNM分期有关。SENP1蛋白与P53蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.211,P<0.05)。结论:SENP1和P53在胃癌组织中过度表达,与胃癌的发生、发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of SENP1 and P53 in the gastric cancer and its significance.Methods The expression of SENP1 and P53 proteins in gastric cancer and benign stomach lesion(gastritis,gastric ulcer) were detected by EnVision immunohistochemical staining.Their relations with clinical and pathologic factors of gastric cancer were done.Results The positive rate of SENP1 expression was 75.0%(75/100) in gastric cancer,and significantly higher than that in benign stomach lesion(36.0%,18/50,P<0.001).The expression of the SENP1 correlated with the degree of infiltration and differentiation,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of gastric cancer.The positive rate of P53 expression in gastric cancer was 69.0%(69/100),and 22.0%(11/50) in benign stomach lesions,respectively.Significant difference existed between the two groups(P<0.001).The expression of P53 protein correlated with age,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of gastric cancer.The expression of SENP1 and P53 were positively related each other(r=0.211,P<0.05).Conclusions The SENP1 and P53 are overexpressed in the gastric cancer tissues,which may be related with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.更多还原
