【Abstract】 In the digital and network age,many countries in the world have paid much attention to the issue of information safety.The same question has also been put on agenda in China as a result of the rapid progress of internet infrastructure and technology and very quick increase in the population of "net-citizens".Thus immerges the urgent issue of how to tackle the problem of information safety with the help of legislation.In this article the author has discussed the issue that how to protect and promote the information safety and information network healthy development,and forwarded some suggestion.更多还原
