【摘要】 本文根据CAST工艺污水处理的特点及控制要求,开发了一套基于IPC-PLC的智能化监控系统。系统采用分布式控制结构,由上位机和下位机组成。采用组态王软件实现了上位计算机管理功能及智能控制策略,下位机由西门子PLC和现场仪表组成。实践表明,该系统达到了规定的设计性能指标和要求,保证了污水处理过程的高效运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of CAST process and control requirements,this paper introduced an intelligent control system based on IPC-PLC.The system was consisted of upper computer and lower computer,which adopted distributed control structure.The kingview realized the PC management functions and intelligent control strategy,Siemens PLC and field instruments formed lower computer.Practice shows that the system meets the performances and ensures the efficient operation of the wastewater treatment process.更多还原
