【摘要】 企业人力资源管理系统是企业管理信息化的重要组成部分。借鉴人力资源管理的先进方法,设计开发了某企业人力资源管理系统,实现了部门、职员、奖惩、薪资、培训、招聘、报表等管理的基本功能。该系统基于S2SH框架开发,具有可跨平台、可扩展、健壮性和安全性好等优势;前台应用ExtJS富客户端技术,用户体验性能好;运用JasperReports和iRe-port等报表组件,提供了方便快捷的报表功能;基于角色权限管理,提高了用户及安全管理。应用测试表明该系统具有较高的可用性和可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise human resource management system(EHRMS) is an important component in enterprise management informatization.A EHRMS is designed and developed using advanced methods of human resource management for reference,and the basic functions are implemented such as the management for department,staff,reward and punishment,compensation,training,recruitment and reports,etc.The system is developed based on S2SH(Struts2-Spring-Hibernate) framework,with good cross-platform,scalability,robustness,security and other advantages.In the EHRMS,used the ExtJS for rich client technology in foreground application,the user experience is improved;And used the report components of JasperReports and iReport in reporting,the convenient and efficient reporting function is provided;And used role-based rights management,the users and security management are improved.Application tests show that the system has higher availability and reliability.更多还原
