基于ADAMS的机械玩具的动力学仿真研究
Dynamic simulation research of mechanical toys based on ADAMS
【摘要】 对以白鳍豚顶球玩具为主的几款靠发条驱动的纯机械玩具进行了仿真研究。首先介绍了白鳍豚玩具的运动原理及研究流程,接着重点讨论了其中涉及的几个关键技术:对于外壳表面的曲面建模技术,对于外壳内部结构的AutoCAD辅助建模技术,基于ADAMS的玩具动力学仿真。研究表明该方法适用于一般玩具的仿真研究,对机械原理的教学以及玩具设计具有一定的参考意义。
【Abstract】 Some mechanical toys driven by clockwork spring is simulated,taking a white-flag dolphin for example.Firstly the motion principle of white-flag dolphin toy and research workflow is described,and then several key technologies are discussed: surface modeling of the outer shell,AutoCAD aided modeling of the inner structure of shell,dynamic simulation of toys based on ADAMS.It suggests that this approach is suitable for simulation of general toys,and it is also useful to teaching of mechanical principle and toy design.
