【Abstract】 This essay introduces Whitehead’s theory of civilization which is focused on the distinction between appearance and reality and the five qualities of civilization:art,truth,beauty,adventure,and peace.The essay argues that these ideas work as bridging principles integrating and augmenting Whitehead’s general theory.The general argument of this essay is that Whiteheadian and Daoist ideas can contribute significant insight into the nature and process of psychotherapy.更多还原
