大型博览建筑钢结构虚拟施工建模关键技术研究与应用
Study on Key Modeling Technique Applied in Virtual Lifting of Large Expo Steel Structure Construction
【摘要】 当前,虚拟建造技术应用于大型博览建筑钢结构吊装施工已成为一种新的趋势。支持虚拟建造技术的关键技术之一是建模技术。其中钢结构建模是虚拟吊装施工过程中一个非常重要的环节。本文基于Vega平台和Creator建模软件结合的仿真平台,探讨了虚拟吊装施工钢结构(包括钢构件和复杂机械设备)建模以及虚拟吊装施工与碰撞检测,力学分析结合建模技术,并成功应用于武汉国际博览中心钢结构施工项目,为解决目前大型博览建筑钢结构施工遇到的重难点问题,提供了一条可借鉴的技术方案。
【Abstract】 It is a new trend to use virtual building technology in steel structure hoisting construction of the large expo construction currently.One of the key technologies which support the virtual building technology is modeling technology.Steel structure modeling is a very important process for virtual hoisting construction.Based on the simulation platform combining Vega platform with Creator modeling software,this paper discussed the key modeling techniques of Virtual hoisting construction steel structure(including steel components and complex mechanical equipment) as well as the process combing with collision detection and mechanical analysis.It was successfully applied to the big program about steel structure construction of Wuhan international exhibition center,which provides a feasible scheme to overcome the difficulties about the large complex steel structures in virtual assembly process now.
