【Abstract】 In view of the promotion of college-department two-level management in higher vocational college,this essay makes systematic analysis on the key and difficult points of enhancing college-department two-level management reform according to the characteristics of teaching jobs in higher vocational college.Based on the previous analysis results,improvement measures about institution building,scientific implementation,organization reform and further development are proposed.更多还原
