【摘要】 对某公司带钢厂单机架六辊可逆轧机工作辊剥落事故进行现场调研和取样检验,该辊属于较典型的带状剥落,其剥落块化学成分、金相组织基本正常,但是其表面残余奥氏体含量明显异常,从而证实该辊剥落原因可能与其剥落前受到过热冲击事故有关;并提出相应改进措施,以预防类似剥落事故的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 On-site investigation and sample testing are made to inspect the work roll peeling accident of 1050mm single stand six-roll reversible mill.The typical tape peeling proves that thermal shock results in the roll peeling.The improving measures are suggested to prevent the similar accidents.更多还原
