【Abstract】 Responding to out-of-school challenges has been paid sustained attention by the EFA global monitoring report because of the importance to primary education.The EFA global monitoring report is an important document to use for the research on out-of-school,by which we can clarify the meaning of out-of-school,analyze the impact factors to out-of-school,and sorting out the international experience of responding to the out-of-school problems.The above mentioned is of great significance for understanding related conditions of the research on out-of-school problems in international community and for learning from the experience of the international community to meeting out-of-school challenges.更多还原
