【Abstract】 "Wisconsin Idea" is a system of ideas and practical activities about university’s service to the society,which was initiated and developed by Wisconsin University of the US at the beginning of the 20th century.As soon as it was proposed,its value was generally identified by universities of all countries in the world.With the changes of times,the connotation of "Wisconsin Idea " was enriched and developed Constantly.In the 21st century,"Wisconsin Idea" has been further evolved and expanded in the context of political and economic reforms of the international societies,not only the traditional model of popularizing education has been maintained and developed,but also the building of service system of multi-subject participation has been focused upon and importance has been attached to the provision of practical services to given social groups.These are of great enlightenment for universities serving the society in our country.更多还原
