【Abstract】 Although Japan has attached much more importance to its citizenship education in primary and secondary schools after the World War Ⅱ,until now,the citizenship education in schools has not been developed sufficiently.On the basis of the retrospect of the development process of citizenship education in Japanese primary and secondary schools,analyzing the policy decisions,value goals,curriculum implementation,the status and effect of citizenship education in Japanese primary and secondary schools,exploring its problem and considering its future development,can help us understand the nature and limitation of the citizenship education in Japanese primary and secondary schools clearly,which also can provide some reference for the development of the school citizenship education in China.更多还原
