美国雇主医疗保险共付费用变化的影响及启示
Effects of Copayment on Drug Adherence and Health Expenditure and its Implications
【摘要】 以美国雇主医疗计划中他汀类药物的共付费用变化为例,探讨共付费用政策变化对参保者药物依从性以及医疗费用的影响,进而对我国制定此类药物共付费用政策提出合理的建议。
【Abstract】 Through exploring effects of copayment of statins in employer-sponsored health insurance plans in America on drug adherence and health cost,to make suggestions for policy makers in China.
